*Scramble Game

All players on a team tee off on each hole.
The team selects the best tee shot (this is called the “best ball”) and marks the spot.
From the spot of the best ball, all players hit their next shot.
Again, the team selects the best ball from the second shot, and all players hit from that spot.
This process is repeated until the ball is holed.

Refund and Cancellation

If there are less than 15 teams by February 1, 2025, the event will be canceled and the participation fee will be refunded in full.
Refund is available two weeks before the tournament day, and no refunds are available for any reason thereafter.
Only $400 will be refunded, excluding the $40 administration fee.
In the event that a team member is absent on the day of the tournament in a 4-person scramble, the team will be required to play under a 3-person or 2-person scramble format. Entry fees for any absent players are non-refundable.

Grouping and Game Day

Tournament groupings are determined by the management, but if there are any members you would like to play with, please notify us in advance
Tournament starts at 6pm and players can check in at 5:30pm for practice.

Ranking and Prize

Tournament result will be posted on the website and Instagram.
If there are multiple teams tied for 1st place, a 9-hole playoff game will be held a few days later. Each team will be represented by one player competing in a single stroke play format to determine the winner.
If there is a tie for a rank other than 1st place, the prize money will be combined and divided equally.

Perks

Tournament players receive one free can of beer or non-alcoholic beverage on tournament day.
Players will receive 10% off for food and drink on tournament day.
