$440 + GST per team
*Scramble Game
  • All players on a team tee off on each hole.
  • The team selects the best tee shot (this is called the “best ball”) and marks the spot.
  • From the spot of the best ball, all players hit their next shot.
  • Again, the team selects the best ball from the second shot, and all players hit from that spot.
  • This process is repeated until the ball is holed.
Refund and Cancellation
  • If there are less than 15 teams by February 1, 2025, the event will be canceled and the participation fee will be refunded in full.
  • Refund is available two weeks before the tournament day, and no refunds are available for any reason thereafter.
  • Only $400 will be refunded, excluding the $40 administration fee.
  • In the event that a team member is absent on the day of the tournament in a 4-person scramble, the team will be required to play under a 3-person or 2-person scramble format. Entry fees for any absent players are non-refundable.
Grouping and Game Day
  • Tournament groupings are determined by the management, but if there are any members you would like to play with, please notify us in advance
  • Tournament starts at 6pm and players can check in at 5:30pm for practice.
Ranking and Prize
  • Tournament result will be posted on the website and Instagram.
  • If there are multiple teams tied for 1st place, a 9-hole playoff game will be held a few days later. Each team will be represented by one player competing in a single stroke play format to determine the winner.
  • If there is a tie for a rank other than 1st place, the prize money will be combined and divided equally.
Perks
  • Tournament players receive one free can of beer or non-alcoholic beverage on tournament day.
  • Players will receive 10% off for food and drink on tournament day.
