$95 + GST per team
Every participant receives a giveaway.
Qualification for U18 Players: Players born in 2008 and enrolled in Grade 12 are eligible under the U18 category.
Refund and Cancellation
  • If there are less than 15 participants by Mar 13th, 2026, the event will be canceled and the participation fee will be refunded in ful
  • Refund is available two weeks before the tournament day, and no refunds are available for any reason thereafter.
  • Only $75 will be refunded, excluding the $20 administration fee.
Grouping and Game Day
  • Tournament groupings are determined by the management, but if there are any members you would like to play with, please notify us in advance
  • Tournament starts at 6pm and players can check in at 5:30pm for practice.
Ranking and Prize
  • Tournament result will be posted on the website and Instagram.
  • If there are multiple players on 1st place, they are going to play 9 hole playoff game a few days later to determine the winner.
  • In the event of a tie for positions other than first place, the ranking shall be determined by the *countback method, in accordance with standard procedures recognized by the USGA and The R&A.
Countback Method
  • Compare the scores for the last hole (18th)
  • If still tied, compare the aggregate score of the last two holes (17th-18th).
  • If still tied, compare the aggregate score of the last three holes (16th-18th).
  • If a tie remains, compare the back nine (holes 10-18), then the last six holes (13-18), and finally the last three holes (16-18).
  • If the players are still tied after all comparisons, the tie shall be decided by lot drawing (random selection) or declared as a shared position, depending on the tournament committee’s policy.
Perks
  • Tournament players receive one free can of non-alcoholic beverage on tournament day.
  • Players will receive 10% off for food and drink on tournament day.
